MACEF 2009, Milan, Italy, from 4th to 7th September 2009

Council proposes to participate for the first time in the MACEF 2009, to be held at Milan, Italy, from 4th to 7th September 2009. This fair is organized by Fiera Milano International S.p.A., Milan. The fair organizers claim that the total number of visitors last year was 75,400, of which 11,310 are foreign visitors. The main visitors were from France, Germany, Greece, Japan, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom & United States. This fair will be organized under the grant-in-aid scheme of HES of the Development Commissioner of Handlooms, Ministry of Textiles.
